2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 14.03.2019, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 394 of 2018, G.R. No. 3981 of 2018, corresponding to S.T. No. 148 of 2019 having earlier been rejected by order dated 20.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 42963 of 2019 for the offences alleged under Sections 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b) a, 26, 27 and 35 of the Arms Act.
3. It is submitted that while rejecting the earlier bail petition, this Court had granted liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. It is stated that charge has since been framed in this case and four witnesses have been examined. Other co-accused persons have been granted bail.

4. Learned APP appears and has been heard.
5. Be that as it may and having regard to the period of custody already suffered since 14.03.2019 and that charge has now been framed, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned F.T.C. Araria in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No. 394 of 2018, G.R. No. 3981 of 2018, corresponding to S.T. No. 148 of 2019, if he is not otherwise required in any other case.
