Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kamtoul P.S. Case No.133 of 2019 registered for offences under Sections 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 and 8 of the POCSO Act.

The submission of the petitioners is that the girl, who has been found to be major in the medical examination and in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P. C., has stated that she has gone with the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21283 of 2021(3) dt.18-01-2022 2/2 boy willingly and got married in Himachal Pradesh. Considering the above, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (POCSO), Darbhanga in connection with Kamtoul P.S. Case No.133 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
