The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 10th of April, 2014, passed by the learned CJM, Motihari, in Complaint Case No.C-1477/2013, whereby, process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under sections 419, 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners very fairly

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8594 of 2015 (2) dt.16-05-2017 2/2 submits that the discharge petition has been rejected and the said order has been challenged in separate proceeding. Hence, the counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
