2. Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at length, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition in order to pursue his appeal at an appropriate forum.

3. In view of the above submission the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to pursue

Patna High Court CWJC No.2884 of 2024(8) dt.24-07-2026 2/2 their appeal before an appropriate forum. It is expected that the "Authority concerned" shall not disturb the possession of the petitioners till the disposal of stay application of the petitioners, if so filed along with the appeal.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.

6. However, it is made clear that petitioners will cooperate in the proceeding.
