JUSTICE NANI TAGIA ORAL ORDER 10-04-2025 This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 21.06.2018, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10064 of 2018, wherein, while directing the writ petition to be listed on 23.07.2018, the respondent no.6, the Station House Officer, Phulwarishariff Police Station was directed to ensure that if the land in question is recorded in the revenue record in the name of the petitioner, the petitioner will not be disturbed from enjoying his right on the land in question during the
Patna High Court MJC No.572 of 2019(6) dt.10-04-2025 2/2 pendency of the writ application.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that C.W.J.C. No. 10064 of 2018 was dismissed for non-prosecution on 16.08.2022, which, however, was restored to file vide order dated 10.05.2023, passed in M.J.C. No. 1742 of 2022.
3. The writ petition is pending adjudication.
4. In the above circumstances of the case, no case of contempt is made out against the respondents.
5. Accordingly, the instant contempt petition stands closed and disposed off.
