Mr.Prasoon Sinha ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The present writ petition has been filed to direct the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation to expedite the Vigilance case no. 85B of 2000.

The learned counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation has submitted that the law is taking its own course and infact, the aforesaid Vigilance case was finally decided in the year 2018, however the final order was set aside by the appellate authority and the matter has been remanded back to the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation for re-consideration and it is expected that the final order would be passed very soon.

Considering the fair stand taken by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.3744 of 2020(2) dt.20-02-2020 2/2 counsel appearing for the Patna Municipal Corporation, I deem it fit and appropriate to direct the authorities of the Patna Municipal Corporation to expedite the Vigilance case no. 85B of 2000.
