The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 379, 448, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that the accused persons came to the house of the informant, abused and assaulted the grand-son of the informant when the daughter-inlaw of the informant came to save then she was assaulted.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury of both injured have

There is counter version of occurrence also and the petitioners' side have also received fire arm injury at the hands of the informant. A statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today in connection with Tekari (Panchanpur)P.S. Case No. 42 of 2015 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Gaya, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
