JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,148,341,342,323,307,325,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the accused persons assaulted the informant when this petitioner assaulted on the head of the informant's mother with the butt of the gun.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injury appears to be simple in nature. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10638 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 156 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM, Saharsa.

This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
