The J.P. University and others), disposed of on 21.06.2018 and the subsequent order passed in CWJC No. 12195 of 2018 (Sharda Kumari @ Sharda Priyadarshani Vs. Jai Prakash University and others), disposed of on 04.09.2018.

In view of the stand taken on behalf of the University, this writ application is disposed of with an observation that the
