The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case no. 10 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 7 of the E.C. Act.
An FIR was lodged against the petitioner for shortage of 28.72 quintals of wheat and 52.35 quintals of rice. It is submitted that after institution of the FIR an enquiry was held and it was found that there should be (after opening the seal) 46.02 quintal of rice and 30.62 quintal of wheat (aggregate 76.64 quintal food grains) but after proper verification 76.51 quintal was found out of which 65.11 quintal food grains are still in the stock.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
