2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections-126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 76, 303(2), 352, 357(2) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. The specific allegation against the petitioner is of assaulting Md. Jasim by farsa.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent and the injury found on the person of Md Jasim is simple in nature, caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest/surrender within four weeks before the court below be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Araria in connection with Fulkaha P.S. Case No. 111 of 2024 subject to the conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
