The petitioner seeks bail in Complaint Case No. C87(7)/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016. 7 litres of country made liquor was recovered from the courtyard of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 22.08.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than six months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
