JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-05-2022 Heard Mr. Akshay Lal Pandit, learned advocate for the petitioner and Mr. Navin Kumar Pandey, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020 dated 11.05.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341/323/324/307/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Though the petitioner has been made accused in this case but without any specific overt act. He is only said to be the member of the mob.
The main accusation is on one Parmanand and not the petitioner.
Considering the aforenoted facts, many of the accused persons of this case have been granted anticipatory bail by
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21428 of 2021(2) dt.13-05-2022 2/2 different Benches of this Court, some of which orders have been brought on record of this case.
Considering the aforenoted submissions, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Darauli P.S. Case No. 93 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) rishi/- U T
