This application has been preferred for correction of a typographical error in Paragraph 1 of the order dated 30.07.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 13063 of 2018.

In view of the submissions made at the Bar we are inclined to correct the typographical error insofar as in Paragraph 1 of our order dated 30.07.2018 the case number mentioned as S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017 is concerned.

Patna High Court MJC No.4323 of 2018(3) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 Let it be read as S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 266 of 2017 in place of S. Kamal P.S. Case No. 226 of 2017.

The petition stands disposed of.
