This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 363 and 365 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped a new born baby from the campus of the referred clinic. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has sated on oath that she has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 13.09.2016. She was playing nearby the same place, but, on suspicion first information report lodged and, thereafter, the parties have compromised the case.
Considering the aforesaid fact as well as the fact that the petitioner is a female, the petitioner, above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12919 of 2017 (3) dt.01-05-2017 2/2 named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 585 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Muzaffarpur, or successor Court.
