JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-04-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Khaira P.S. Case No. 125/18, disclosing offences under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners, who happens to be younger brother- in- law of the deceased is of commission of dowry death of the deceased Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that they are younger brothers in law of the deceased and have falsely been made accused in this case and no specific allegation has been attributed to them.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13236 of 2019(3) dt.30-04-2019 2/2 this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-X, Saran, in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 125/18, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
