The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019 dated 01.08.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

19.680 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from near the house of the petitioner from a dilapidated building.

The accusation against the petitioner appears to be on suspicion and inference.

He is in custody since 10.01.2020 and does not have criminal antecedent.

For the aforestated facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11128 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge -cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Ballia P.S. Case No. 292 of 2019.
