2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused and three unknown miscreants, including this petitioner, fired upon son of informant as a result of which he died.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused person. Save and

Charge-sheet has already been submitted that the petitioner has been remanded in this case on 30.08.2024.
5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the prayer for grant bail of to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 567 of 2024.
