The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Harsiddhi P.S. Case No.507 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 363, 365, 366 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the allegation and in view of the fact that the girl is major and the petitioner is a neighbour of the informant and there is every chance that she has eloped with someone, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within ten weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
