The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 481 of 2023 registered for the offence under section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the deceased Bhola Kumar @ Indian was shot by the petitioner and other criminals. There is specific allegation against the petitioner to have fired upon the deceased. The petitioner is accused in six more criminal cases and he is in custody since 18.11.2025. 4.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
