1. The Petitioner seeks revision of maintenance of his conviction vide judgment and order dated 05.12.2014 passed in Cr. Appeal No.60 of 2014 by the Ad hoc Additional Sessions Judge, VIII, Purena, affirming the judgment and order of conviction dated 28.04.2014 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Purnea, in K. Hat P.S. Case No.11 of 2013(GR No.77 of 2013).
2. The Petitioner had been convicted under Section(s) 379/34 and 411/34 Indian Penal Code with maximum sentence of three years. The Petitioner has been in custody since 05.01.2013 as stated in paragraph 6 of the petition.
3. Considering such aspect of the matter and on going through the judgment of the Court below, I find no irregularity in the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.101 of 2015 dt.09-04-2015 2/2 same.
4. However, sentence of the Petitioner is modified to the extent already undergone by the Petitioner.
5. The revision application is dismissed with the aforesaid observation/modification.
