The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barauni (Garhara) P.S. Case No. 523 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
The recovery is not from the possession of the petitioner.
Considering the facts and circumstances, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.
