The preliminary objection of respondents that the present writ application is barred by principles of res judicata, if not constructive res judicata seems to be valid and is upheld. A detailed consideration on the previous writ of the petitioner has already been done and relief to the extent possible was granted by the Learned Single Judge. If the petitioner wants to extend the ambit and scope of the said relief over and above, what was previously extended to her, the same cannot be given indulgence to.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3291 of 2015 dt.07-04-2015 2/2 Writ application stands dismissed for the reasons afore-mentioned.
