JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Bind P.S. Case No.118 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 328/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner poisoned her own daughter as a result of which she died after taking food. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is mother of the deceased and it has come in the investigation that she was scolded by the petitioner so, by taking poison, committed suicide moreover there is no motive to kill her own daughter.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sunaina Devi @ Sunita Devi is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9243 of 2017 (4) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VI, Biharsharif Nalanda in connection with Bind P.S. Case No.118 of 2016.
