2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 537 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the FIR, it appears that the petitioner who is a woman has been named in this case only because of suspicion.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.10.2024 and has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13436 of 2025(3) dt.13-05-2025 2/2 as well as the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura/concerned Court below in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 537 of 2024.
