The petitioner retired on attaining age of superannuation on 31.1.2019 The grievance of the petitioner relates to non-payment of post retiral dues.

Considering the fact that the petitioner retired on 31.1.2019, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to take final decision with regard to post retiral dues of the petitioner and ensure payment of entire post retiral dues to the petitioner, if not already paid, at the earliest preferably

Patna High Court CWJC No.4698 of 2020(2) dt.24-06-2020 2/2 within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order failing which the petitioner would be entitled to 9% interest from the date of filing of the writ petition till the date of actual payment.
