Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that there is specific allegation of giving farsa blow against the petitioner causing injury on the ear of the informant, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Chakmehsi P.S. Case no. 93/2014 pending in the court of Sri Atul Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Samastipur/concerned court stands rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, his regular bail application shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order, particularly, keeping in mind the nature of injury found on the
