2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):- (i) For issuance of a writ of certiorari or any other appropriate order, orders direction for quashing the order dated 13.06.2018 passed by the Circle Officer, Thakurganj, Kishanganj in Case No.

13/2018-19 by which most arbitrary and quite erroneously accepted the claim of the respondent no. 6, reject the claim of the petitioner.

(ii) For direction for the respondents to restrain the private

Patna High Court CWJC No.20952 of 2018(2) dt.14-10-2025 2/2 respondents to make disturbance the peaceful possession of the petitioner in operation of the impugned order, till the disposal of this writ application.

(iii) For grant of any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner may be entitled, deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. It has been informed that the sole petitioner is no more and as such liberty be granted to the heirs to approach afresh if he/she/they so want.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection.

5. Granting said liberty to the heirs of the sole petitioner who is no more.
