Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the order dated 11.09.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30027 of 2014 and the advanced stage of trial, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. The trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order.
