2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lachhuar P.S.Case No. 174 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 310(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, while the informant was returning after attending Sharadh ceremony of one of his relatives, all on a sudden, five accused persons, riding on two motor-cycle, came from behind and stopped him. It is further alleged that the accused persons snatched his belongings and Rs.12,500/- in cash at gun point and took to their heels.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11810 of 2026(3) dt.19-03-2026 2/3 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Neeraj Kumar.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in custody since 11.10.2024 and he is a person of clean antecedent and further considering the fact that another co-accused Nitish Kumar has already been granted bail vide order dated 16.02.2026 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 1667 of 2026 and also the fact that the charge-sheet is said to have already been filed in this case, thereby completing the investigation, for these reasons let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Lachhuar P.S.Case No. 174 of 2024 subject to the following conditions:

(i) One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his close relative.

(ii) The petitioner shall remain physically present in Court on each and every date of the trial.

(iii) In case of absence on two consecutive dates without substantial reason or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the
