JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-09-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for grant of retiral benefits on account of superannuation of the petitioner on 24.04.2008, while working as Safai Karmchari in the Munger Municipal Corporation, Munger, however, it is not disputed that all the retiral dues, except the pension amount has stood paid to the petitioner. It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the revised retiral dues has not been paid on the basis of the 6th Pay Revision Committee Report, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner is not averse to the idea of the petitioner approaching the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of her

The learned senior counsel, appearing for Munger Municipal Corporation, Shri Anjani Kumar has submitted that in case the petitioner files appropriate representation before the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna, the Municipality shall extend all possible assistance for redressal of the subsisting grievances of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar, Patna for redressal of her subsisting grievances and in case such a representation is filed within a period of 4 weeks from today, appropriate decision shall be taken thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks, thereafter.
