2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the map has been prepared for the land of the petitioner in the light of the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011 [Act 24 of 2011]. According to him, his area shown in the said map is wrong for that he has filed the writ petition.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the special law enacted for this work is the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011 [Act 24 of 2011] and under this Act, there is a remedy available to every such person by way of filing
