The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under Sections 323, 354, 406, 420, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation against the petitioner that he and others took money for providing VISA to his son. The son of the informant went to Saudi Arabia but he was sent back on the ground that the VISA was not genuine.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is compromised. The dispute has already been settled. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt
