JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 Counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have in the counter affidavit disclosed that the benefit of salary and ACP has not been granted to the petitioner in the light of major punishment which has been awarded to the petitioner. Memo No. 2081 dated 28.6.2016 which has been issued from the office of Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur contains the said reason.
