JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Uchkagaon P.S. Case No. 317 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of assault by road to the informant causing injury to him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is case and counter case between the parties with respect to the land and injury is simple in nature. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

No.10770 of 2019(3) dt.26-04-2019 2/2 Rs. 25,000/-( Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IX, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon P.S.
