Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 307, 323, 341, 448, 504 of the I.P.C and Sections 3(1)(x) of the SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It is alleged that accused persons entered into the house of the informant made assault and abused by calling caste name. It is specifically alleged that grand son of the informant was caused injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no injury to any one was caused. A statement to that effect has been made in para 12 of the petition. Moreover the occurrence is alleged to have taken place inside

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15332 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 the house of the informant which can not be treated to be a place of public view.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The bail bonds of the petitioners will be accepted on verification of the fact that no injury has been caused to the informant's side.
