2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that the sole petitioner had died during the pendency of the present writ petition and in his place a legal representative is required to be substituted.

3. Considering the pleadings made in the I.A. no.1 of 2023, the original petitioner is substituted by the wife of the original writ petitioner, namely, Ramkala Devi for the reasons assigned in I.A.No.1 of 2023.
4. Accordingly, I.A. No.1 of 2023 is allowed. Re: CWJC No.22580 of 2018
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the Vice Chancellor of the University and the Vice Chancellor may forward the representation of the petitioner along with all the relevant documents in support of the claim of the petitioner to the Additional Chief Secretary, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, who must ensure to disburse at least amount of fund, to which the petitioner is legally entitled within a period of three weeks from today.
6. The Registrar of the University must not delay in making payment of the amount/to be credited in the account of the petitioner within the aforesaid period. The Registrar of the University must be in contact with the Additional Chief Secretary, Department of Higher Education, Government of Bihar as well as the Finance Department.

7. With the above observation and direction the present writ application is disposed of.
8. The Interlocutory Application, if any, shall stand disposed of.
