The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379, 414, 467, 468, 401/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case in brief is that two stolen motorcycles were recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 28-11-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. There is no other substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the petitioner in the present case. The petitioner has got no concern with the alleged motorcycle, in question.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 786 of 2018.
