Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sonepur P.S. Case No.814 of 2018 registered under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504, 506, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that both parties have compromised the case as has been stated in the supplementary affidavit filed on behalf of the petitioners. The
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12042 of 2019(6) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S.
