The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a complaint case in which process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 420,467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and another accused fraudulently executed a sale deed with regard to the land of the complainant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is agnate of the complainant and the land in question fell in the share of the petitioner. Title Suit No. 123/2013 /

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12444 of 2015 (2) dt.25-03-2015 2/2 594/2013 has been filed by the complainant before the court of the learned Sub-Judge, VI, Gaya for declaring the alleged sale deed illegal one and the co accused, brother of the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 4018 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Complaint Case No. 1151 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
