It appears that vide order dated 13.04.2017, the prayer for bail of the petitioners was allowed in connection with Bhimpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2016, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inadvertently, in the cause title of the aforesaid order, the name of Police Station and District of petitioner No.2 Md. Munna has wrongly been typed as Police Station-Pratapganj, District-Supaul in place of "Police Station-Narpatganj, District-Araria".

No.15063 of 2017 (3) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 In view of the above, in the cause title of the order dated 13.04.2017, let the name of Police Station and District of petitioner no.2 Md. Munna be read as "Police StationNarpatganj, District-Araria" in place of "Police StationPratapganj, District-Supaul". The order dated 13.04.2017 is modified accordingly.
