2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022 registered under Sections 8(b), 18 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused Ghanshyam Singh @ Dhanshyam Singh @ Ghanshyama Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51511 of 2023.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15319 of 2024(2) dt.22-03-2024 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, NDPS Act, Gaya in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 19 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
