Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26/35 of the Arms Act.

From the possession of Ramashankar Yadav a gun was recovered by the police. Ramashankar Yadav is full brother of the petitioner, hence, he is also made accused in this case.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 28.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
