JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-03-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 96 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. There is a case and counter case on account of cutting of bamboo from bamboo clump. He further submits that there is no specific allegation of any overt act against this petitioner.
Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two

No.9923 of 2020(2) dt.04-03-2020 2/2 sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S.
