2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 341, 323, 324, 333, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The prosecution case, in short, is that on 29.05.2024 at about 2:45 PM, informant along with police team reached the spot where two persons, namely Shambhu Yadav and Manoj Yadav, were apprehended as being involved in celebratory firing. It is alleged that thereafter, all the accused persons named in the F.I.R., including these petitioners, started pelting stones and abused the police personnel and taking

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedent of the petitioners, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners is rejected.
