The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 246 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 143, 141, 379, 323, 498-A, 420, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both the parties have entered into the comprise and the petitioner has been granted bail by the learned Court below itself, so he wants to withdraw this bail application.

Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
