Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Khudwa P. S. case no. 18/2014 registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the IPC.

Petitioner is a lady and no specific overt-act has been attributed against her and it is admitted case of the prosecution that alleged occurrence took place on account of land dispute. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri B. Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Daudnagar/concerned court in Khudwa P. S. case no. 18/2014 subject to condition as laid down
