2. Today, respondents have filed supplementary showcause along with document Annexures -A, B (series), and C. In the Annexure-C document dated 28.11.2023, they have given certain undertaking insofar as redressing the grievance of the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the fact that this Court has directed the concerned authority to consider the grievance of the petitioner read with representation. There is some action on behalf of the respondents on 28.11.2023. Hoping that the concerned respondent would give top priority in completing the process pursuant to Annexure-C dated 28.11.2023 within a period of six months from today.

4. If they failed to give effect and implement the social reservation - disability, within the time limit in that event petitioner is at liberty to file an interlocutory application to revive this order after six months.
