This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 272, 273 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle from which, 40 litres of country made liquor was recovered. Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and co-accused Raja Kumar Sah has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18079/2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of three months of
