JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Modification petition has been filed by the petitioner for modification in the direction contained in order dated 18.12.2019, passed in Cr.Mis.No. 82699/2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the petitioner could not incorporate the alias name of his father in the bail petition which error has also crept in the cause title of the aforesaid order.

Let the alias name of petitioner's father "Bhui Yadav" be also read with his name in the cause title of the said order. Time to process the bail bonds is also extended by further six weeks and thus order as above is modified to this extent.

Modification petition stands disposed of.
